• If work has already commenced, partial charges may apply based on completed milestones.

Refunds are not applicable once the initial project work or design concepts have been delivered. However, a partial refund may be considered at the company’s discretion under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Failure to start the project within an agreed timeframe due to our internal delay.
• Duplicate payment made in error.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain name registration or renewal fees
• Web hosting or third-party subscription costs
• Marketing campaign or ad spend amounts
• Completed design, development, or consulting services

4. Payment Disputes

If you experience any issues related to payments processed via Razorpay, please contact us first before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will do our best to resolve the matter quickly.
